Toliy, Ryan and Adam were outstanding in every way! Toliy called ahead, they arrived promptly and were professional, personable and communicative throughout the move. They protected the properties and handled all furniture with care and worked efficiently as a team! They needed to maneuver 2 flights of stairs (no elevator) at the final location and worked together to carry the larger items and assembled and placed all furniture in requested places. We called Master Movers to save us from moving ourselves in the extreme heat and so we didn’t break any more furniture. The Master Movers crew was up to the task! Aaron, Genaro, David, and Grant showed their expertise in wrapping, handling and loading with care and respect. These guys were top notch!Aaron drove the truck across the state and arrived at our new home exactly as planned. Aaron and his local crew (Pete and Greg) were also awesome and showed the same care and respect placing furniture and handling tons of boxes. Master Movers is by far the most professional and experienced moving company we have used for an out-of-state move and we have made several! Erik was very responsive and accurately determined the number of boxes needed and the size of trucks to be used in the move. The staff of movers from Venice arrived promptly on the day of the move, were extremely conscientious and very professional. They took such good care of packing all of our antique furniture. A big shout out to Juan and Daniel who drove from Florida to North Carolina in the midst of a heatwave. Again they arrived promptly, unpacked the trucks, and were so careful in placing the boxes and furniture in our new home. The entire staff of Master Movers couldn't do enough in assisting us with the move. We would highly recommend this company to anyone considering a move local or out of state.

Our experience with Master Movers was great! Dave, Andrew and Genaro were on time, worked quickly and carefully, and, we’re so caring and considerate of us! As they moved the furniture out, they always saw to it that we had a place to sit! (We’re older and it was around 105–heat index!). Aaron drove across the state and was in charge of unpacking. He was also great!! I’d also like to mention that even with the extreme heat we all had to deal with on both sides of the move, all of these guys stayed cheerful while still working their butts off! I give them 5 stars and would definitely use them again!

Had the absolute pleasure of having Nick, JoJo and Austin help with my move. I was very impressed with the entire experience. Zach came to the house for the estimate and was almost exactly right. He was very polite and helpful throughout the whole process. Nick Austin and Jojo arrived between 8 and 9am and got right to work. They were absolute machines! During this quick phone call, you’ll work with one of our friendly staffs to confirm the details of your project and go over any questions that you may have. Once the phone call is complete, you can feel confident knowing that you’re on the same page with a moving team that’s ready to tackle your move.
Getting Ready
It’s finally moving day, and our crew will be ready bright and early to get your project started! We begin by safely and securely parking the moving truck at your location. We’ll greet you with a smile and a commitment to helping your day go smoothly. Before we start the loading prep, we’ll take the time to go over your paperwork and do a walk-through of your home to finalize a plan of action for the day.
Preparing Your Home
Respecting your home and family during the moving process is our top priority. Our movers with manners go above and beyond to protect your belongings and your house while loading up the moving truck—starting with floor runners and doorway protection to prevent scuffs, scratches, and damage. Your upholstered furniture also receives special treatment with moving blankets that are wrapped from top to bottom and secured with shrink-wrap so that every surface is protected.
