I recently moved from Port Charlotte to Sarasota National in Venice. I checked with several companies and Eric with MM was the only one who offered to come out to the house so he could give me an accurate as possible estimate. The move happened on Feb. 26th with 2 trucks and 4 guys!! Manny was the lead mover that day, and he was the best! He has a very pleasant personality and works well with the guys managing the workload. They were all nice and upheld the company motto “movers with manners”! I can’t remember all the guys’ names, but I am so thankful for their hard work and care.They quickly loaded me up and we set out to Venice. There they had me unloaded in no time! The job finished UNDER estimate!! I would use them again in a heartbeat ... but I really hope I never have to move again!! 😆

Moving isn’t fun, yet Manny and his crew (Eli and Andre) made that day as stress free and easy for us as possible. They came on time, got right to work, were professional and clearly knew what they were doing. They worked quickly, packed everything really well, while smiling, laughing, and making us feel comfortable. How do they do that? Master Movers did a great job with responding quickly, making it easy to get a quote, booking a date, signing the contract and paying the deposit and final payment at the end. Master Movers was flexible and easy to work with, as well as pleasant and professional. Colyn & Gennaro actually did the moving and did a great job! They were very polite, careful & thoughtful while maintaining an efficient and fast pace during the move. My furniture arrived in perfect condition and they positioned each piece just as I wanted it. I felt it was a bit expensive but I reckon you get what you pay for and Master Movers and their team gave a quality performance on all fronts!. Thanks!

Went through condo private gates, ignored the sign that said they had to use Legacy Entrance. Huge fine they may have to pay. They were told and just wanted to argue and continue on not complying with rules of the condo association.I would like to update my review to 5 stars. Just received a personal message from the owner of the company. He apologized for his crew and assured us that they would from now own abide by the rules of the community. I will see that they are not reported for the fine. I thank you very much for taking the time to talk with your crew. I am sure in the future that they will abide by the signs that are posted. Again, thank you for taking care of this matter. With this kind of response you can clearly tell that this company cares about their reputation. Upgraded to 5 stars for doing the right thing. Has to be a great company.

We have moved multiple times, in the U.S. and several foreign countries. We have never had a more positive experience with a moving company than we did with Master Movers! Our move was in two parts and involved one move to a lower level storage area in our newly constructed home and the final move where everything needed to go up a large stairway to the second story main level. Not one thing was damaged or broken! Everyone, from Chad (the owner) to Kerstyn (coordinator) to Manny and his crew(s) was extremely professional, punctual, courteous, and personable. We highly recommend this company and thank them for actually making this difficult move an enjoyable one!

We purchased patio furniture to go on our 3rd floor lanai. It was 4 pieces and heavy. The company we purchased it from did not offer white glove delivery. We hired Master Movers for that. They were great, professional, and efficient. I would definitely recommend.

Kerstyn, Eric & Chad helped us move our belongings out of our Venice condo and ship them up to us in NJ completely remotely! We viewed our condo's contents via FaceTime with Eric & Chad, we made our decisions and they then packed and shipped it all to us. Kerstyn was very positive that they'd come up with a solution - she keep us updated and we had constant communication with the team. What we feared was going to be a difficult issue with not being present was instead an easy exercise thanks to the team. All were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend using Master Movers.

Two men arrived on time and were ready to move. Did everything I had asked. Mostly was outside furniture , Umbrellas, and extra large planter pots. They were Polite, got everything done in a timely manner and I would recommend them in a minute.

I just used master movers for a pretty big move. My boyfriend and I moved both of our apartments into one new place. He lived on the 26th floor and I was on a 3rd story walk up. I have moved many times and let me tell you.... this is the best moving experience either of us have ever had BY FAR. The men were so professional. They were fast and efficient, while at the same time paid close attention to every little detail. We had a lot of heavy and fragile furniture and everything arrived in the same condition it left. I had left a few small things behind that I planned on bringing myself and they wound up packing those things up for meand taking them too. The service was just in a word... superb. I will never move with another service if I have the option to use master movers!!

The 2 young men that helped with my move showed up a few minutes early and got right to work. They moved my things from a 10' x 10' storage unit to my new house 2.5 miles away in just over an hour, with no problems, well worth paying the 2 hour minimum. I wish I could remember their names because they were great, polite, courteous and efficient. I definitely recommend Master Movers and will use them again if the need arises.

Manny and Anthony were a pleasure to work with. They were efficient and careful. Nothing was damaged. They moved a couple of items out of tight spots but did not mar door jams, walls,, or the furniture. They worked hard and it actually cost less than estimated. We have used Master Movers multiple times and every crew has been the same - professional, on time, flexible to our needs and they work quickly with no complaints even when the furniture is big, bulky and heavy. This time they arrived to help us move out of a second floor condo - so add steps to their challenge. They carefully wrapped everything and packed our moving POD with way more precision than we ever could. I only wish they were also in Arizona to help us unpack and move into the new home. I had to move my hot tub so I could get my deck tiled. I tried another company first and there was little communication and then didn’t show up. I called Master Movers. The time was set up and they stayed in contact with me until it was finished. The movers came and actually carried the hot tub instead of rolling it. That will be important when they place the hot tub on the new tile. This company is professional and trustworthy. The only down side is they are on the high side as far as cost, but at least you can trust them to show up and do a good job.
