We accept cash, check or all major credit cards (no financing). As far as our delivery accounts, we bill them monthly.

When we give an estimate to a customer, we require a $100 deposit that is fully refundable unless they have to cancel/postpone within 2 business days prior to their move date. You don’t pay us anything besides the deposit until the move is completed. Our quotes are based on time and materials, which means most likely the price will fluctuate. We do try to estimate higher than we think the job will take so we can hopefully come in under our estimated price.

We are partnered with some of the best storage facilities in Venice. We are in and out of storage units multiple times a week, therefore we are vetting them for you to ensure your items will be safe and secure while being stored.

Master Movers stays heavily stocked with professional movers and moving trucks, that way 9/10 times we can take on any work load thrown our way. If we had to put a time line on it, we would recommend to book at least 2 weeks prior to your preferred move date, especially if your move date is firm. If you have some flexibility, you may be able to schedule your move with less than 2 weeks notice. We will do our best to accommodate. Please keep in mind that the last week and the first week of each month are the two weeks that seem to fill up the quickest. So we’d recommend scheduling your move with ample time if you’re needing to move during those two weeks.

Master Movers’ company policy is to meticulously wrap all furniture and belongings in your home before it goes out the front door. We use heavy weight, quilted moving blankets to provide additional protection. We shrink wrap all upholstery. Also, it’s protocol for all lamps, lamp shades, pictures and TVs to be boxed in-house. We also ensure all boxes in the moving trucks are sealed water-tight. We also have carpet on all of our hand trucks and dollies and even on our truck floors. Any of the storage facilities we take your goods to have climate-controlled storage available and are all treated regularly for pest control.

Our movers are required to wear non-slip safety shoes.

We are fully licensed and insured for any move within the state of Florida.Fun fact: we actually carry more cargo insurance than the state requires!
